The data we collect
When you use the contact form, we collect the name you give, your email address, the subject you select, and the message you write.
Our hosting provider also automatically logs standard technical information, such as your IP address and browser type, to keep the site secure and running.
How and why we use it
We use the details from the contact form only to read your message and reply to it, and to protect the form from spam and abuse by limiting how often it can be submitted from the same IP address.
We never use your details for marketing and we never sell them.
Legal basis
Under the GDPR, we rely on your consent when you choose to submit the form (Art. 6(1)(a)), and on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and keeping the website secure (Art. 6(1)(f)).
Who we share it with
We share data only with trusted providers who process it on our behalf: Resend, which delivers the messages sent through the contact form, and Vercel, which hosts the website.
They act as processors under agreements with us and may store data outside the European Economic Area under appropriate safeguards. We do not share your data with anyone else.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries only as long as we need them to handle your message and any reasonable follow-up, and then we delete them. Server logs are retained for a short period by the hosting provider.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its processing, request portability, and withdraw your consent at any time.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
